When I was 26, my father died four months after I finished my PhD and landed my first full time corporate job. I was thrown for a loop; I had no idea how to work with all the changes that were happening in my life. I was drawn to nature’s response to the change of seasons and discovered ways I could navigate life’s changes more gracefully and effectively. I’ve devoted much of my career to helping others tap into nature’s wisdom to transform their own lives during times of transition.
