Coaching Retreat Programs:
Lauren’s retreat programs guide you to reconnect with the parts of you
that have been lost or put on the back burner, as you have endeavored
to give your best to everyone and everything around you – your career,
your family, your community – but have allowed your own needs to
languish. Her retreat process allows you to take center stage and
explore what you want most in life, your innermost values, your fears
and limiting beliefs, and what it will take to reawaken your joy and
passion for life.
If you are experiencing burnout, boredom or blues, if you are facing a
midlife transition such as divorce or empty nest, or if you are
searching for a sense of meaning and purpose, Lauren’s retreats will
guide you to find yourself again and live an inspired life of your own
design!

Personal Message from Lauren:
"In another week, I’ll be celebrating my 52nd birthday and I’m living a life I love and have reached milestones I couldn’t have imagined just ten years ago. When I was forty, my life was falling apart and I was at a complete loss as to what to do about it.
I haven’t always been a life coach. I worked for over 15 years in the Silicon Valley fast lane as a marketing manager for companies like Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems. As I was going through a divorce, my ex-husband became addicted to crystal meth, and my life became a nightmare of debilitating fear and stress. I found myself a single mother raising two young sons in a life that had become utterly unmanageable. I was suffering extreme burnout and stress-related illness. It was a tough time in my life, but it was also the catalyst that sent me on a personal growth journey that led me to find my own joy and passion in life.
Now, it is my great honor to help other women find their personal path to a happier, more balanced and peaceful life. I’d love to have you join me in beautiful Santa Barbara for a life-changing retreat experience.
If you have questions about whether one of my retreat programs is right for you, please give me a call at 805-569-2564 and let’s chat!"
