1. Buy the book in one of several ways:

My most highly recommended method - support your local independent bookseller! Go to your neighborhood book store and ask them to order it (and while they are at it they might want a few copies to have on hand). This is supporting a local business while helping me to get my book in front of booksellers.

• You can go to BookSense to find your nearest independent bookstore.
• You can download a publisher sheet and simply hand it to them to make ordering easier.

Take a couple minutes to post a quick review at the three big online booksellers. I cannot tell you what a huge help this one is! Write a few sentences, cut and paste in the following places:
