Corrie is an Asheville NC Life Coach and Certified Retreat Coach. She led her first women's retreat back in 1999. Her favorite retreat of all, The Savvy Savory Self-Care Retreat, is offered spring and fall at The Bend of Ivy Lodge in western NC. For this one-of-a-kind retreat women gather together from far and wide, from Alaska to Canada to Florida and places in between, to explore what exceptional self-care is. As THE foundation for living a joyful, fulfilling, and creative life, practicing self-care as a lifestyle is the opportunity we explore together.

Who might I meet on retreat?

The average age of past participants has been somewhere between 30 and 80. All ages are welcome. Women who come are busy professionals, overworked Moms, retirees longing for more ...
Basically, women who know self-care is the key and yet who want and need support in designing a sustainable self-care plan for their lives.

Where will we retreat?

At the magical Bend of Ivy Lodge, just 20 minutes north of Asheville, NC.

What is the schedule?

You will experience a mixture of time with the group in circle, in small groups, and on your own Into each afternoon is a yummy window of time just for you! You can nap, hike the beautiful Bend of Ivy property, sit by the pond and journal, or perhaps sign up for a massage.

We begin each day with an optional movement piece, such as yoga and end each night in special celebrations.

In between are rich experiential activities to coax your self-care self out of the closet.

The Details:

Schedule: We begin circle Friday April 18th at 1:00PM.
We have our closing circle and wrap up by 1:00 on Sunday April 20th.

A Special Treat: A Massage therapist will be available to book appointments with Friday from 9:00 AM on and on Saturday afternoon. (An additional fee applies)

Follow-up Group Coaching is included in the Registration Fee. Sessions will be offered once a week for four weeks following our retreat in order to support women in successfully carrying their self-care practices into their lives.

Covers all food, lodging, materials, and a special bonus of one month of follow-up group coaching.

The food is outrageous and prepared by a goddess of cooking! Each meal is lovingly prepared from fresh, local, organic ingredients.
